However, to minimize or eliminate unnecessary mistakes we have penned down some vital Research Blunders To Avoid In Your Research Project Writing.


RESEARCH BLUNDER 1: NOT MEETING UP YOUR DEADLINE
 Not meeting up the deadline set by your supervisor or the school authority could spell doom to your quest to graduate. In order to avoid this, there are steps you should take in order to finish up in time. For example, if the schools gives 3 months to round up your research project, set a target of 2 months- 9 weeks to round up. When you do that, you will be able to finish up before the expiration of the time.

RESEARCH BLUNDER 2: SEEKING EXTERNAL HELP
A lot of students think education and research can be ideally handled alone. This is wrong. When carrying out a research, you are expected to bring in the input of others such as your fellow students, lecturers and even from graduates too. While in my university days in the University of Calabar, i did make this blunder and it cost me extra time and money. Once you start developing ideas for your research project, try to narrow your focus down even further. For example, if you want to write on Bank and Savings, try narrowing it to a specific bank, location and time.

When carrying out research, you need to be well organized in alot of areas. First, in gathering your papers and reference sources you need to keep them intact because there will be need for you to reference or call on them them at any time.
Also, be able to follow your outline/table of content, read through your work and check for possible mistakes.
Also ensure that your paragraphs connects and flows concurrently and finally make sure your conclusion binds the entire research project together.


RESEARCH BLUNDER 5: HAVE SOMEONE TO BROWSE THROUGH YOUR WORK
Sometimes once you’ve spent numerous hours and days on a research project, your exhausted eyes will begin to miss things. ideas which will be to you once doing all of your analysis might not be to anyone else.
